Hello! We are in the process of upgrading our clients to Laserfiche 11. When running the GUI installer it immediately wants an update despite not installing any pre-reqs. When pushing via command line it seems to hang indefinitely - I assume asking for a reboot as well.

What is needed that it is requesting a reboot? I really do not want to manually update 100+ machines.

Code being ran -

SetupLF.exe -noui - -iacceptlicenseagreement -log "C:\LFLogs" -lang en INSTALLLEVEL=300

Looks like my issue was it was installing the C++ Redistributable without informing me in the logs and it was waiting on a reboot. I ended up scripting the redistributables separate, rebooting, then running the LF install.

We've noticed that using unattended installation, since install level 300 is installing the Office Plug-in the user probably has an office application open. Once they close all office apps, the installation will finish.
