Is there a way to know when a full license was allocated to users, We are currently looking at getting this data to understand the usage pattern. We were able to get the last login details, however not able to get when was the user granted the license. 

Anyone has done this or have an idea of how to get this info, please share. We have more than 2000 users, and am looking for a solution through a query to the DB.
