forms public portal access rights

Greetings,

I have licenced an instance of forms with the public portal license. However, I do not see the portal access rights as per: 

https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-us/administration/Default.htm#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/Processes/Access-Rights.htm

I do see it allocated on LFDS Forms Professional instance and I have also tried copying the lic file to Form's Program Data license folder, restarted services and even a reinstallation. Upon installation I do see the license showing it has the portal feature.

I am using on a DMZ standard configuration environment (2 Form instances but one portal license on the DMZ).

You should see that if you are logged into the Public Portal instance of forms (the one on your DMZ)

Hello Craig,

Thanks for the response.

I am trying to make to my processes public from the DMZ instance. I have even moved the portal license to the internal Forms and I still do not see the portal options.

Could this be cause by a web.config error or would this be purely on the license ,for troubleshooting..

Have you looked at this whitepaper?  Hosting Laserfiche Forms 10 In A Perimeter Network (DMZ) - Education Resources  it's what I used to configure our Public Forms server.
