problems with AuditTrail 11. Impossible to login

Recently updated an installation to LF11, including Audit Trail. Everything went smooth and working nice only that I can't login to AufitTrail 11 Config page, using the known credentials that work for the other modules. The server is in a domain. Any ideas someone?

Hi Javier, 

Please make sure the account you used to logon the config site has the administrative privilege on that server.  Also it's recommended to use Chrome browser to access the config site if that's the case.

account has admin privileges and I tried Chrome without success. Any additional suggestions?

Hi Javier,

Not sure if the server has User Account Control (UAC) enabled as there might be some potential problems when it's on. If UAC is on, it's worth a try to access the config site by starting the Chrome as Administrator directly on that server instead of remote access, or try to access after disabling UAC.

If the problem still persists, please raise a support ticket for further investigation.

We have the same problem in AuditTrailConfig 11. Did you find a solution?
