[LFF6108-RuleNotFoundByName] Error on Dynamic Filter

I'm receiving an [LFF6108-RuleNotFoundByName] error when trying to assign a task to a team based on a variable and using a dynamic filter to restrict to a role. The teams all have the same role name.

According to this older post

How are dynamic team filters constructed? - Laserfiche Answers

having the same role name across different teams didn't work back in 10.2 but a hotfix was to be issued. I haven't seen anything that indicates that it's been fixed in newer versions, but I'm in Forms 10.4.4.444 and having what seems to be the same problem as what's in the older post.

Do I still need to make sure my role names are unique across different teams?

Hi Stephane,

To make use of dynamic filter, team filter name instead of team filter definition need to be configured in 'Dynamic filter' field.

Could you try create filter for each possible team first (https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Subsystems/Forms/Content/Inbox-And-Teams/Creating-Team-Filters.htm), then configured filter name/variable of filter name here?

Hi Ziyan,

Ah, ok, I see where I went wrong here, and doing it that way seems to have worked. I'll need to create a fair number of dynamic filters beforehand, but at least I'm on the right track now. Thanks for your help on this.

Is the Select a Team area under User Task the only place to create and maintain dynamic filters for the various teams? It would be nice if there was a central location, such as under the Administration -> Team Management screens where other attributes of the teams can be managed.

Hi Stephane,

Currently team filter can only be managed in 'Select a Team' area in process diagram. It is in our feature requests list to support team filter in team management page.
