Hi Team,

I want to know that how can i generate SLA report of step by step user task.

Scenario:

I have a 04 step of process where 1st step for Initiator step, 2nd/3rd/4th all the review steps

So i want to capture the timestamp of every submission task and next user assigned task so that i can monitor which stakeholder is breach the SLA's and delays to get complete the tasks

Hi Shubham, do you mean something like this?

If so this is all available in the Reports section on Laserfiche Forms. Shows you volume of workload, which task is taking the longest to complete and potential bottle necks.

For me I have a couple of approvers and found that the best way to monitor their SLA performance is to create a task for each approver. This tells me exactly who is under performing.

Hi Robert,

This is nice but i know this feature of LF forms reporting section.

I need timestamping of every step (Task Started & completed) in the excel report.

And i know that this will be done by workflows and SQL tables but how i want to know that how can i start deploying these things using insert and update queries.

If you know this type of method please guide

I'm not sure where you would pull that information off from the LF Forms DB in SQL - it'll be there somewhere, be interesting to see how you group details like the below in an excel spreadsheet sure it'll be do-able, I have a few ideas on how it could be done (potentially) but its not an area I work in so will hold back for now in case I'm completely wrong
