Snapshot- Prompting for Windows Credentials

Hello,

Customer reached out and said recently users are being prompted to enter their windows credentials when saving Office Documents via Snapshot.

We have tried:

1. Run a repair of the Windows Client

2. Remove the LF License and add it back

3. Clear Attributes for users

This happens on multiple workstations for multiple users

Anyone seen this issue and found a resolution?

We had a similar issue and ended up deleting the users accounts on the computers. We deleted their folder at C:\Users\username. Then deleted the account from the registry at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\ProfileList. Then restarted the computer and let the account be recreated from AD.

We never did figure out why it happened.
