Do people try to access the server via RDP? If yes, please refer to this answers post

Yes, they try to access the server via RDP. I have already setup the connector like your link said before. It has available connector, but can't show in the website.
Have it worked before? If yes, the issue may be caused by the Chrome update, please try to recreate the profile.
Does the profile is created on the remote sever? If not, please try to recreate the profile on the remote server, test it when creating the profile and see if the icon appears.
If still not work, I'd recommend you create a support case with your solution provider so that we can investigate further. Please provide the exact version number, the profile, all logs (you should enable log firstly, and it would be better to reopen the Connector when trying to get the log), videos/screenshots that show the issue.
Thanks for your answer. May I know where can I create a support case and where can I get the connector installation package? Because I am a new user for the website and I have requested roles but not reply.
You're welcome. You need to make a contact with your solution provider and ask his/her help to create the support ticket.
