Has anyone done or thought about using SDK and Snapshot to convert documents such as Word or Excel to Laserfiche documents?

For instance, I know if I open a Word document then print it to Laserfiche Snapshot, I can save that as Laserfiche pages.  Has anyone programmed this with SDK?
