End of support: December 31, 2021
As documented on the Laserfiche Product Support Lifecycle page, end of support for Laserfiche 9 is scheduled for December 31, 2021. End of support means that Laserfiche no longer will provide technical support for Laserfiche 9 software.
We encourage customers on Laserfiche 9 to migrate to Laserfiche Cloud where they can take full advantage of core Laserfiche capabilities and stay current with the latest innovations without the infrastructure maintenance and manual updates. For customers not ready to fully move to the cloud, please update to Laserfiche 11 to maintain access to support and take advantage of new platform features and improvements.
