We recently upgraded from Avante to Rio and are now using LFDS and Windows authentication. We have a handful of users who use the Windows desktop client in addition to the Web client. The web client is functioning fine, but the desktop client won't allow logins. An error message that states "The user account name or password is incorrect. [9010]." appears when you try to log in with your credentials manually or if you try and use the Windows authentication.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening now and/or have a solution for us?
