Help! So I'm an admin and I have the option to save a file by the Entry ID for Snapshot, however I have a user whom is missing the 'entry ID' or 'parent ID' as an option to name their document inside snapshot. It has nothing to do with Her computer or Permissions because we logged into her computer as a test user in the same groups as her and see it listed in the token pull down. We tried deleting her attributes also and it did not fix the problem. We also tried doing a Laserfiche repair and that also didn't work. Additionally we also ruled out anything to do with Active Directory groups. What am I missing? I've included a screen shot showing my snapshot with the token choices. Hers of course is missing the two you see I have highlighted.
