Cannot create Support Site accounts

I am a Support Site administrator but when I attempt to create a new user account for a user, I get the following error:

An error has occurred. Please contact your organization's Laserfiche administrator for help.

Since I'm the administrator, I'm guessing there is a problem with the Laserfiche Support Site.  Can someone look into this?

This is the way I have always done it personally.

No it fails on that page as well

I just had this problem. after talking to LF we found the issue, for me at least.  The fields are character sensitive.  Every capital letter, space, comma, etc has to look identical to the way the original account was registered.  Hope this helps!
