Looking to solve the issue of links not showing up on the welcome page by doing an IIS redirect but have been unable to successfully redirect the welcome.aspx page to include the repository and database ID. Looking for any assistance please

Same problem as this https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/179962/Public-User-does-not-see-the-custom-links#180007 but there were no directions on how to configure IIS to resolve this issue, Just a direction to directly link to that URL.
