Laserfiche Plus & Citrix

Hi All,

 

Is Laserfiche plus supported on citrix?

 

I know most of the Laserfiche suite is supported with the exception of scanning, but not sure about Citrix and LF plus.

Chris, that is a great question that I do not directly know the answer to, but since LF Plus is tied to a specific PC, check to see if your Windows Desktop under Citrix gets the same fingerprint every time you log in.  If the fingerprint does not change between sessions and reboots, then it should work for licensing on a single Citrix VM.

Hey Bert!

 

Yeah that's my assumption also, we can tie it to a single citrix host/server for a particular user, so in theory the hardware fingerprint shouldn't change.

I was more looking for an official line from Laserfiche on if it's supported or not smiley
