Customer setup Concord Fax Assist Fax Software to print to Snapshot to pull into Laserfiche.

When they test the process from within the Fax Assist Software, sending to Snapshot, the fax is routed correctly to Laserfiche.

When they utilize trying to send a document to the Fax Assist Software using the Snapshot profile, the document does not get routed to Laserfiche.

We can see no errors being populated for this process and when we look at the log in the Fax Assist Software, it shows as being successfully sent.

Not sure where the disconnect is on this, as the profile used within software is they same used for the documents getting routed through it, from another source...ie...Outlook.
