Microsoft Word Integration Missing?

I did an update moving from Office 2013 to the Micorosoft Online download/install.  After rebooting, Word no longer works with Laserfiche and doens't have the Laserfiche tab in the ribbon.  Strangely, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook all do.  Anyone else seeing this?

Is the Laserfiche Word Add-in installed and enabled?

You can check in File > Options > Add-ins.

Yes, it's on and working for other Office products.  Someone mentioned the VC++ runtime 2019 is needed, but installing that did not fix it yet.  Going to do a little more work to see what I can find.
