Unable to reassign Saved Draft of a form submission

Although we were able to do this previously, it appears we're no longer able to save a draft of a form and reassign it to someone else.  I am able to save a draft of a form and send it to myself, however whenever I try to Email the Saved Draft of the form, and that person tries to access the saved form, they get the following message:

Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.

The form you are looking for cannot be found. It has either been submitted or removed.


Looking at other Answers posts, it looks like "...the user task itself would never expire as long as the instance is not deleted": https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/102783/How-Long-Can-a-User-Task-Be-Assigned-to-a-User-before-expiring#103059

I also thought this might be tied to user permissions (as they relate to that particular form), but when I had someone try and Email a Saved Draft to me (as a System Administrator with Process Admin access to the form), I experienced the same issue/error as well.

Thanks to anyone who might have suggestions on what to try here - we are running Forms 10.4.4. cool

Can you open up a support case through your SP? Functionality for sharing a draft shouldn't have changed, so it's either a bug on our side or something going wrong based on your configuration.
