We had issues with records retention (more specifically with creating new record series ) since the update to 10.4.1. We would in some cases get a timeout error and had to cancel but after a little while, the series would just magically appear. We just updated to Server 10.4.3 and the series is created immediately, no errors or issues and the server performance appears to be much better. Thanks to the Laserfiche developers for an update that has made a huge difference to all out users.
