Aspire - Forbidden message when trying to download Material content

My account and my customers accounts seem to be missing access to all content labeled as "Material" on the Training site.

We can watch videos but when we try to download anything labeled material we get this message

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

How do we get access to this training material

Can you give us a link you've tried to access or open a case with Tech Support?

Here is an example of the metadata one, when I click download it says Forbidden, sometimes when visiting the link it also says Forbidden right on the page. There is no training marked as "Material" that I seem to have access to. I only have access to videos.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when it pops up. You can see that this is the pop up that comes from clicking on Launch while being logged in. So I am authenticated and can watch videos just fine, but no Material.
