Hello,
We recently updated a customer Import Agent on their LF Server in their LF TEST Environment.
After the update when we tried to open the IA Config Utility, we received an error, that the utility could not be started (Access Denied).
We found the issue was related to their AV Software, Carbon Black.
IT put an exception for IA in Carbon Black and we could then open the config utility.
There was no exception entered for the previous IA installation (10.2.0)
IT passed along the following threats blocked that pointed to IA
Anyone else seen this issue? Is this known issue or have any Support Cases been open to investigate this type of issue?
