This has to be one fo the more frustrating things about Laserfiche and PDFs. I know that PDFs are created in all kinds of ways and formats. Adobe reader will always ready them, LF will not. I have my users setup to generate pages when importing PDFs so that they get documents that they can edit. Every once in awhile, there will be some problem PDFs. This one is a group of PDFs that were downloaded from the IRS website.  Because of the sensitive information, I'll try to show as much as I can. I have the generate pages option set to use the "SnapShot virtual printer". This document was imported by drag and drop. Here is what I'm seeing.

LF generates the broken logo and the box at the top, but that's it. Here are the document's properties.

I'm on the LF client 10.4 (10.4.2.247).

What it seam like is happening is that SnapShot is not actually kicking off. The reason I say that is because if I right-click the document and select "Generate Pages", it works. What happens is I see adobe open the document for a half-second and then go away. After that, the pages are generated correctly.

I also tried an old version of LF Client 10.2 (10.2.1.953) and I'm getting the same issue. Any ideas on how to ensure SnapShot works on Drag and Drop importing?
