Integrate ESRI Arcgis Online (AGOL) with Laserfiche and LF Forms

Hi,

I am working with a client county council and they are looking to implement this for more than a read only capacity and have the location (other that Long / Latit) included in the submission.

Can a map system be implemented into forms for users to submit their current location?

Or is it a read only query system linked to the repository?
