We had fingerprint sign in working on the LF app for our users, but the app was updated and now they cannot sign in with their fingerprint (and perhaps Face ID?) on their apple devices. 

Their fingerprint still works to sign into the device and authorise app purchases, so it is likely something specific to the LF app. 

 

Any news on fixing this in an upcoming version of the LF app?

Fingerprint sign-in currently only works with Laserfiche Cloud repositories.

Can we update the message from "Invalid URI" to "Only supported for Cloud Systems"? Everyone is seeing this option on their phones if they are a cloud user or not and when they get the message Invalid URI they start thinking the /mobile/ is wrong instead of understanding the actual problem.

Just tested in the latest app, still does nothing after enabling. You must enter your username and password as always so it does not appear to be a feature that has been programmed in yet, however it somehow leaked into the menu.
