We are actively exploring adding community licensing so that for some of our forms, our customers need to log in with credentials before filling out forms (the reason i'm looking into this is because these forms are currently public, but they're only really needed for our current customers).

Can someone give me a few details on how community licensing works?

Are community licenses used for public forms or restricted forms?

What does it look like when a community user access and submits a form? Do they have an initial login screen where they put in their username / password?

How do we assign initial password / usernames to community users?
