Has anyone noticed a much higher amount of outages over the last few months with the Laserfiche support site? Whether it doesn't load, doesn't allow you to login, links are broken, or certain parts of the site don't work (ie ticketing or licensing). I have encountered a seemingly much higher number of issues over the last several months.
At this moment in time, the activation keys part of the site doesn't work. It loads the main page, lets you select a company from the dropdown then spins for about 60 seconds and displays nothing. Just wondering if there is a reason for all of the outages and/or a plan in place to stabilize things a little more.
