Transfer Signature block to Word Document

I have signature fields in the form. How do I transfer that to word document using Update word document activity in workflow?

Thanks. Is that converting word document to a PDF please? I need it as word document at end

Just don't check the box to convert.  Just follow the parts that are about applying the signature image.

Is it possible to align the signature when it appears in word to be top left justified so that it is not in the middle of the box?

The placement of the image is controlled by the formatting of the Field in the source Word document.  But remember that it is placing an image and where the signature is on the image is out of your control.  So if there is space top and left of the signature when they sign, the space will remain on the image.
