LF Client 10.2 install failed at Commit System Changes- Windows Surface Pro X ARM64-based PC

Hello,

Customer and I tried to install LF Client 10.2.1 on their Windows Surface Pro X ARM64-based PC and it fails each time at the Commit System Changes Step.

I do not see the install create any Folders or RegKey entries.

Not sure if there are errors that are being registered.

Any Pointers anyone might have, would be greatly appreciated.

Can you run the installer with logging and then open a support case, please?

setuplf.exe -log <folder path for logging>

Thanks Miruna- I have reached out to the customer to schedule the reinstall and pull the logs.

Hi,

I'm getting the same results whole trying to install LF11 Windows client on an ARM64-based PC, it fails each time at the Commit System Changes Step.

What was the resolution for this if any, if I may ask?

Try installing without Laserfiche Snapshot.

Thanks for the pointer. I did install everything but snapshot and it worked. Is there a way to use snapshot under ARM64 at all?

my use case is that I have customers that want to use windows client on MacOs (using Parallels Desktop that is) mainly because of two reasons: 1 the MSOffice integration and 2 snapshot; as we all know, these two are only present in Windows.
