We are having issues with print jobs getting stuck in the Snapshot queue.  We've tried deleting them...they don't delete.  Tried clearing the print queue...didn't work.  I searched in Answers and there doesn't appear to be an existing fix for this.  Has anybody found a solution to this other than reinstalling Snapshot, LF itself or contacting our VAR?
