Forms - Checkbox Format in Email Service Task

Checkbox form field automatically adds underscores to values with spaces.

In the Email Service Task "List all checked" is selected.

Underscore values are displayed in the email.

Is there a way to format the email so spaces and not underscores are displayed?

Hi Catherine,

Unfortunately there's currently no way to remove the underscores using only Forms' Business Processes, although this is something we are looking at adding in the future. You can, however, currently accomplish this using Workflow.

Hello Catherine,

I found the following post that provides a solution to this issue.  The concatenate option.

It did work for me.
