It seemed initially that this was sporadic, as some documents came in with the data and some did not. However, the last time we were testing, we found that all of the documents that did not have the data associated came in with multiple PDF documents at the same time and all of the documents that came in with the data had a single PDF document, even if multiple pages.

In the last testing, we had a document with 3 PDF documents sent as part of one process to be signed and completed. In DocuSign it had 4 XML logs for those PDFs. In Laserfiche 3 PDF documents did come into the system, but none of them had any information attached. In the Event Viewer we saw where it said:
Value cannot be null.

Does anyone happen to have a workaround?
