When I attempt to go to the Online Administration guide or help files I get a 403 Error. I'm logged into Answers so I don't think my credentials are wrong. Is there a server problem?

What URL are you trying to access? There is no authentication required for product help.
These seem to load fine:

I was able to access both the Admin & Forms guides. Hope this helps.
Same with Forms 10.4. I hope a fix is coming soon.
