Administration Guide & Product Help are inaccessible?

When I attempt to go to the Online Administration guide or help files I get a 403 Error.  I'm logged into Answers so I don't think my credentials are wrong.  Is there a server problem?

Whatever happened, it suddenly started working.

 I was able to access both the Admin & Forms guides.  Hope this helps.

But yes, the links are working now.

Same with Forms 10.4. I hope a fix is coming soon.
