Hello,

We are experiencing issues with using the Laserfiche snapshot printer driver.  What happens is that a users will try and print using the snapshot printer however then template and location window does not appear. What happens is the document stays in the printer spooler and even if I delete it I can't get it work again.  Is there an easy fix for this?  I have seen 2015 posts on this issue however they were never resolved.
