How to insert an image into the body of a form?

Hi,

I am creating a form that will guide the user through a complex process. I want to insert an image in the initial page of the form that contains info-graphic about the process and data captured through it. I would appreciate anyone's help about achieving this requirement. Thank you

You can use a Custom HTML Field to insert an image into the form.
