In Forms, is it possible to setup a report that would capture all submissions from the previous week/month that could be sent in an email?

 

Our Separation Notice process is setup in Forms and we would like to setup an auto process that sends a weekly report to HR on what has been submitted the previous week or month.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. When you are setting up your custom report in Forms, you will want to add a filter. You can do this based on Start Date and then you can choose This week or This month.

Thanks so much, @████████!  I was trying to use a filter and basing it on a date variable from the form.  It wasn't working like I had planned.  

 

This worked perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for.  Thanks for the help!

@████████, 

With using the "This week" based on the Start Date, do we know when the "new week" would start?  Would it be Saturday at 11:59 pm, like a calendar week or different?  I'm trying to be sure I schedule this to run and send out at the right time to ensure all submissions are included (ex. if someone were to submit one over the weekend).

I am not sure to be honest. I was looking at a couple Forms processes and they did not have submissions on the weekend, so I'm not sure what day the week starts on for filter. The online documentation also does not have details on it.
