We receive our A/P invoices via e-mail. When the attachment is moved to Laserfiche by dragging it or by using the ribbon, it sometimes leaves off images or critical wording that shows up with we transfer using Laserfiche Snapshot. We've confirmed that both users are on the same pdf version and we don't see it on every document; but enough that we need to find a fix. An example is attached.
