I have an upcoming meeting with a client to look into saving a form to the repository in color, the same as it appears when viewed in a browser. At present, input text is light gray and difficult to read. The client is unable to save the form in color despite the appropriate CSS styling.

I've searched Answers and have found threads that directly contradict the client's experience (https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/102909/Does-Forms-always-send-documents-to-repository-in-color), threads with solutions that seem potentially difficult to maintain/scale (https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/149033/Forms-How-to-maintain-table-row-color-when-saving-file-to-repository), and so forth.

I'd really like to know best practice for storing a form to the repository in either full color or BW. If at all possible, it would be great to avoid JavaScript or CSS styling on a per-id  basis.
