Nothing showing up in Product Downloads

Laserfiche Version 10 Installation and Upgrades

I am trying to download install files but when I click on the Product Downloads page, nothing is showing up. Even searching is giving 0 results.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for reporting it, we'll look into it. If you go to the product page for the one you're trying to download, do you see the downloads you need?

If not, let us know what you're trying to get and we'll get you the direct URL to it.

Going to the product page shows the downloads. It's just not coming up when searching for them.

Hello, we're also experiencing this issue. We need to download the latest Import Agent installer.
