I have been trying to chat with someone on Live Chat for the last two days about a DMZ issue with Forms 10.4.3. I have tried from 4 different machines on different networks, but after filling out the initial chat form it just says "One of our representatives will be with you shortly." and no one ever comes on. Is chat having any known issues?

That is how Chrome has acted for me for a long time. To chat I must use Firefox, but to upload files, I must use Chrome,

Thanks for the idea Bert. I installed Firefox and started the chat 20 minutes ago with no reply still. I think there is a bigger issue going on.

Sorry about that. Long Beach-based support engineers have been hit really hard by the plague office flu, so they're severely short-handed this week.
