I am having some trouble setting up LFDS for a new client- I am stuck here trying to get the SQL database sorted for the licensing site! Any thoughts on the following error:

 

I have tried both windows authentication and SQL Server authentication. Yesterday I created the database in SQL Management Studio as well.

I also have full right to the SQL Server (LF and SQL are on two different servers, both hosted on one machine.)
