laserfiche install access denied

When I try to download Laserfiche 10.4.2 I get access denied. Why is this? I tried downloading older versions and it says the same thing.

Someone with permissions will need to give your account permissions to download Laserfiche software. Your Solutions Provider should be able to make the change for you.
