RIO Applications with License expriation Dates

I am looking for a list of application that must be re licensed following our RIO Master license refresh each year to update the expiration dates.  As far as i can tell this is what i have.  And yes i realize that i can set LFS and forms to update automatically now that LFDS is at version 10.4.2.  I am looking for confirmation.  All app are latest versions.

Application Licenses that contain expiration dates;

  • Laserfiche Connector
  • Laserfiche Server
  • Forms Professional

 

Application License that do Not contain expiration dates

  • Distributed Computing Cluster
  • Import Agent
  • Laserfiche Mobile
  • Quick Fields
  • Quick Fields Server
  • Web Client
  • Weblink

 

Application License Not Required

  • Workflow

If you have a subscription system (which it appears you do), your list is correct.

However, sometimes renewing the master license will cause SSO to stop working until the web applications using SSO (typically Forms and web client) are relicensed.

Primarily this has been an issue in our internal test environments, not production licenses, but if you run into issues with SSO after renewal, you can try relicense the web client etc. as a workaround (or you can relicense pre-emptively).
