I realize adding buttons is a bit of a rabbit hole, but we've had a few scenarios where a 4th action button would be useful.  For example, we have one form where the user can either send it to the next team member, send it to HR, or return it to the supervisor who was previously assigned the form.  Our users would like the option to also send it back to the initiator.

I know that there are some workarounds I can do with this, such as using a checkbox or dropdown in conjunction with the "reject" button and some conditional routing, and I have done similar things on other forms, but I wanted to throw this feature request out there.
