We're fairly new and I had a staff member report recently that emails in her sent folder, when dragged and dropped into the repository (web client) from Outlook, would disappear from her Outlook. I just set up another user so they could drag and drop emails into the web client but they had the issue at a larger scope: all emails regardless of their location in Outlook (not just the sent folder as with the other staff member). Does anyone know what's going on and how to stop this from happening? Our staff still want a copy in their Outlook for quick reference.
