Cloud scanning installation throws Error opening installation log file.

When a Cloud customer is trying to install LFScanning, they are geting the following error:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is a windows installer error, not something specific to the Laserfiche installer. This article might help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2564571/error-opening-installation-log-file-verify-that-the-specified-location
