We have a customer who has one PC that sometimes experiences this issue. They will use Snapshot to print an 8.5x11 image from a 3rd party application into Laserfiche, but the resulting image in Laserfiche won't be 8.5x11 - it'll be smaller/squished. When we view the document in Laserfiche, it says the pixel size is 1734x2244. We can print the same document again using Snapshot and it will come in just fine. 

This happens episodically - it'll be common one afternoon, then they'll restart the PC when they leave for the day and it won't happen again until it happens commonly two weeks later. This was happening on client version 10.0 and I recently upgraded this particular client to 10.3.1 - maybe that will fix the issue.
