KB Article Link Asking Me To Login Each Time

I am trying to access this KB Article https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014058/you-receive-a-failed-to-login-error-message-when-find-entries-activity-runs-in-laserfiche-cloud and it takes me to the support login screen each time even though I am already logged in.

It should be fixed now, but you may have to log out of the support site and back in.
