Upgraded WebLink from 9 to 10 and now we're getting this error. The installer deleted the lf.licx file in the path referenced in the error and we put the license file used to install the new version back in the folder again. Full privileges were given to IUSR and NETWORK SERVICE accounts as well as the service account used to install v10.1. Any suggestions?

That's really strange, the installer should leave files like that alone since they are not part of the install package (msi). And WebLink should just need read rights to that location, which should be granted by default. You might want to add the IIS_IUSRS group (unless that's what you mean by IUSR), and if that doesn't work I would use a tool like Process Monitor to see a little more detail about what is failing.

We rolled back to version 9 to the time being.
