How to change positions in the metadata pop up.

When creating a new document from an exiting document, this window pops up. My cursor pops up in the blue circled field and would like to know the process and where to go on how to change  to the red circled field.

Pressing the "tab" key 3 times should move your focus from the name to the first metadata field.

Yes, I know the tab will move it.  What I was trying to accomplish is how to move the placement of the cursor when the pop up opens, as to having to use the tab button every time I open a document. I know that you can do this in the scanning session, just do not know how to accomplish in this pop up. I do not know if it is snapshot or another feature in the program.
