Available from May 1st, 2019, Laserfiche will offer a perpetual option of the participant license for on-premises customers to help provide consistency and simplify user license options across on-premises systems. Currently available as a subscription offering, the upcoming perpetual offering of the participant license will provide customers with more flexibility in choosing which payment option best suits their needs.  

The participant license in general provides users with read-only access to the repository and the ability to participate in forms processes. This license option allows customers with users who do not need the complete functionality of a full user license to use Laserfiche at a more affordable cost point.
